"Garmin Vivoactive3 Music Replacement (after 2 years)"
I have had a Garmin Vivoactive3 Music for almost 2 years and the manual button failed. I contacted Garmin and they exchanged the item via post within 7 days (despite the Christmas break).
This is the best post purchase customer service I have ever experienced and will definitely continue to buy Garmin products moving forward.
